Hello!  

My name is Stephanie Watson.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.  I have been a Certified Fitness Instructor ,Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist for over 10 years .  I started my business with a Bachelors Degree from Chapman University then went on to obtain several certifications, a Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist (AANC) Aerobics Instructor (AFAA), Certified Aquatic Exercise Instructor (AEA) and Certified FallProof Instructor, R.I.P.P.E.D. instructor, Active Isolated Stretching Therapist (AIS)  ,MAT (Muscle Activation Technique  ) NKT ( Neurokinetic Therapy)  as well as many other educational courses specifically related to reducing client pain through corrective exercise and courses focused on boosting clients metabolism/fat loss.  Fallproof is a program primarily for older adults to work on their balance and strength.  Falling is the number one cause of accidental death in older adults.  The FallProof system allows for a specific battery of assessments to reveal where an individuals weaknesses lie.

 Whether the goal is wellness or weight-loss, fitness and Nutrition are a match that cannot be separated .  It brings me so much enjoyment to be able to educate my clients on the essentials of good nutrition. There are so many "diets" out there , its no wonder everyone is confused.  The frustration that comes from not knowing what to do freezes people and some give up. My objective is to make the process as simple and fun as possible.  We just need to make a few small changes to begin seeing noticeable results.
  I really enjoy the challenge of tailoring a workout to my clients specific goals and thier unique bodies. In order to provide the best service possible, I take workshops and attend seminars or conferences several times a year. Health and wellness is a rapidly changing science so its important to stay abreast with what's current. The other element that sets Naturally Fit apart is the focus on the power of the mind in terms of the desired health or weightloss outcome. There are countless studies that prove Solomon's wise words  "As a man thinketh, so is he." Our thought-life is closely related to our success.  We all have negative self talk occasionally but what I want my clients to understand is that it never helps us reach our goals.  I hope to help them re-map their thought life so that it reflects an encouraging, grateful, and ultimately healthy attitude. That's what will elicit true positive change.  Compassion towards my clients translates into giving them the tools to empower them. Then coaching them along as they transform both their bodies and their minds. 

I love what I do !  I love people, I love helping them find strength and health they didn't know they had.
   
Nutrition is a huge part of my approach. I believe in eating as clean as possible, which includes organic, non processed foods.  Clean eating is the cornerstone to optimum energy and health.
